Linda L. Lampert, Ed.D.

Dr. Linda Lampert currently serves as the District Test & Data Specialist and Interim IT Manager for Rahway Public Schools in Rahway, New Jersey. She assumed the role of District Test Coordinator and Interim IT Manager in March 2025, following her appointment as District Test & Data Specialist in November 2024. Prior to her current positions, Dr. Lampert served as the district’s Technology Facilitator from 2009 to 2024, supporting instructional technology and innovation across all elementary schools.

Dr. Lampert’s leadership spans assessment coordination, cybersecurity, infrastructure planning, data systems management, and internal communications. She has played a critical role in advancing districtwide initiatives—from launching the new rahway.net website and mobile app to implementing Genesis SIS tools for parent communication and student check-ins. She led recognitions like the 800 Club and Seal of Biliteracy, and supported safety rollouts including the Verkada camera system and Evolv AI metal detectors.

Her career in education began in 2000 as a student teacher in a 4th-grade classroom at Roosevelt Elementary School. Since then, she has taught Kindergarten and 2nd grade at Franklin Elementary School, and 1st grade at Madison Elementary School. She also spent two years teaching Kindergarten at The Shim Academy in Roselle, NJ.

Dr. Lampert holds multiple degrees and certifications:

  • B.A. in Psychology and Elementary Education – Kean University

  • B.S. in Business – Montclair State University

  • M.Ed. in Educational Technology Management – Northcentral University

  • Supervisor Certificate in Educational Leadership – Kean University

  • Ed.D. in Educational Technology Leadership – New Jersey City University

 

She is a Google Certified Educator (Levels 1 & 2) and a BrainPOP Certified Educator. In addition to her K–12 leadership, Dr. Lampert serves as an adjunct professor in the College of Education at Kean University, where she supports the development of future educators. She is actively involved in district strategic planning and helps align technology and data initiatives with board goals related to communication, equity, and academic excellence.

Dr. Lampert is married and a proud mother of three.
